26th Annual Eye Ski Conference

Dear Fellow OD Skier,

Last year's 25th Annual Eye Ski Conference was a tremendous success! We all enjoyed the outstanding education presentations, super Utah skiing, great food, and the special ambiance of Park City.

Start now to make your plans to attend the 26th Annual Conference in Park City, Utah on Sunday March 4th through Friday March 9th, 2012! CE will be on Monday March 5th through Friday March 9th with 20 hours of excellent COPE approved lecture planned by Education Chair Jim Fanelli, OD.

Once again we will be at The Lodge at Mountain Village, a superbly located ski-in, ski-out facility. Please visit our website, www.eyeskiutah.com, and follow the link to The Lodge at Mountain Village to learn more about the premiere property. You will not need to print and complete the two-page hotel room reservation form from the EYESKI web page to secure your accommodations at our special 15% discount rate. Your booking will be DIRECTLY through the hotel. Please call All Seasons Resort reservation center at 1-888-754-3279 to arrange your accommodations. We urge you to do this as early as possible.

Please take special note that your EYESKI registration fee is all-inclusive for you, the registrant, as well as your family members. All other ski conferences have additional registration fees that must be paid if your spouse or children attend. Not EYESKI! Your registration not only covers the 20 hours of COPE approved education with five breakfasts (OD's only), but it also includes your family's participation in the registration cocktail party, the traditional SW fiesta party, apres ski cocktail parties and of course, the NASTAR race.

After remaining the same for 3 years, the conference registration fees will be slightly higher for 2012 due to increased food and speaker costs. We urge you to take advantage of the early-bird discount rate. Registration for the conference falls into three tiers for each OD:

Before December 1st 2011... $ 540.00 (Early-Bird Rate)
Before January 31st 2012..... $ 570.00
After January 31st 2012...... $ 595.00

The 2012 conference will offer a special discount shuttle fee through The Lodge and All Resorts Express from the Salt Lake City airport to Park City. You will not need to rent a vehicle to have fun at EYESKI!

Once again, EYE SKI will be working to get our doctors a significant savings on daily lift tickets at the various resorts. This will translate into over $100 in savings per skier for the five ski days! I believe your will see that EYE SKI is the very best in optometric CE meetings.
